Q: What is Phantom Beef Jerky?

A: Phantom Beef Jerky is a beef jerky company started in Ardmore, OK. Our beef jerky contains no preservatives and is thinly sliced and reasonably priced. The thinly sliced pieces allow our customers to enjoy their beef jerky with more ease on the teeth and deliver more quantity per bag than other brands offered of the same price and value.

 

Q: Where is Phantom Beef Jerky located and how can I purchase it?

A: We currently do not have a store front, but we do have a commercial kitchen with a pickup location. We have a website that you can order from, as well as a Facebook page that updates customers of events or new flavors.

Q: How does the pickup option work?

A: We will use the phone number listed at checkout to contact you when your order is ready. Before checkout, you can add if you'd like a text or call in the notes section. We will then confirm a date/time for you  to pickup at the location. Since we are not at the store at all hours, please confirm with us before coming to the building for pickup!

Q: How does the delivery option work?

A: We will use the phone number listed at checkout to contact you when your order is ready. Before checkout, you can add if you'd like a text or call in the notes section. We will then confirm a date/ time that is convenient for you and will deliver to the address provided at checkout or an address provided after we contact you when you order is ready.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be ready?

A: With our made-to-order model, it normally takes 2-6 days. As soon as you order, we start the process of marinating which takes at least 10hrs. If you order after work hours, we won’t be able to start the marinating process until the next day. When ordering, please take this into consideration.

 

Q: Why Phantom Beef Jerky over other jerky companies?

A: At Phantom Beef Jerky, we don’t include preservatives but rely on natural preservatives. As our jerky is thinly sliced, we still manage to compact flavor in every piece.

 

Q: Why is Phantom Beef Jerky only in Oklahoma?

A: We’re currently working on our USDA stamp. Our State Health Department requires us to receive a stamp to ship over state lines.
