We are a husband and wife team dedicated to providing high-quality beef jerky to the Southern Oklahoma region. Our journey began while working in a local warehouse setting, where we searched for a convenient snack to enjoy during the hot summer months.
Through word of mouth, our friends and coworkers sampled our beef jerky and the positive feedback inspired us to turn a hobby into a business. After years of hard work and dedication, we proudly introduced Phantom Beef Jerky to the market.
Thanks to our loyal customers and our faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ , we expanded and operate out of a commercial kitchen with a pickup location. Offering a variety of 10 different flavors, we take pride in delivering a fresh and flavorful product. Anthony leads the charge as the visionary and public face of the business, handling customer interactions, recipe development, and overseeing the operation from start to finish. Jessica, on the other hand, prefers to be behind the scenes, assisting with production, fulfilling customer orders, and managing our social media presence.
